3 year Fixed-term position, VPS5 and $113,022 – $ 136,747 + super & benefits.
This role will be located at 180 Lonsdale St and/or site offices.
Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:
Provide coaching and strategic advice to senior leaders on key people policies and procedures including performance management, mobility and recruitment, change management, culture and engagement, wellbeing, recognition, conflict management and career development.
Focus on early intervention and local resolution to manage people concerns including assessment of workplace issues, negotiating, and applying appropriate action ensuring relevant legislation, industrial instruments and HR policies are interpreted and applied.
Lead the implementation of frameworks and people initiatives, that support contemporary people practices and organisational development initiatives.
Develop a strong business acumen, with the ability to use data and analytics to support evidence-based discussions to drive people strategies and initiatives and translate these into people plans to build high performing teams.
Prepare and present detailed reports, advice and briefings, including -depth analysis of trends affecting resource requirements and recommend potential solutions as well as regular and ad hoc reports, correspondence and other documentation relating to employment activities.
Support the Manager, People and Capability, and participate in other projects and duties as required.
