About the Role:
The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in shaping patient-centred digital health solutions across Western Health. You will work closely with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to analyse complex workflows, capture detailed business requirements, and co-design improved future-state processes that support safe, efficient and connected care. Your insights will directly inform solution design and major transformation programs including EMR optimisation, digital workflow redesign and enterprise systems uplift. This role offers the opportunity to influence meaningful change while contributing to Western Health’s mission of delivering high-quality care to our growing community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering, process mapping and workflow analysis across clinical and corporate areas.
Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions to define needs and future-state workflows.
Produce clear, high-quality documentation including requirements, process maps and solution recommendations.
Collaborate with architects and project teams to ensure alignment with strategic and digital health priorities.
Maintain workflow artefacts within enterprise architecture repositories and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
Significant experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation of complex workflows.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyse complex issues, provide evidence-based recommendations and support solution design.
Proficiency with analysis tools such as Visio, Excel, Teams and other documentation platforms.
