We are seeking two accomplished Senior Business Analysts to play a pivotal role in the delivery of the Licensing and Registration Management System (LRMS), supporting the transition from a legacy licensing and registration environment to a modern digital platform.
The LRMS program is one of Victoria Police's most significant business transformation initiatives and will modernise the delivery of firearms licensing and registration, private security licensing and prohibited weapons management, improve data quality and support integration with the National Firearms Register.
About the role:
Reporting to the Product Owner, the Senior Business Analyst will work at the intersection of people, process, data and technology to support the successful delivery of LRMS.
Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology partners, you will lead analysis activities across a range of initiatives within the LRMS Business Stream, translating business needs into practical solutions that deliver measurable value.
This role will suit a collaborative professional with strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills who enjoys working through complexity, navigating ambiguity and delivering outcomes within a large-scale transformation environment.
