As we continue through an exciting time of transformation here at WIC, we need you to join us as a Senior Business Analyst. You will play a key role in delivering major transformation initiatives, including the implementation of our new Case Management System (CMS). Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will analyse business needs, improve processes, and help design solutions that enhance the way we work and deliver services.
Equipped with your expertise, you will lead requirements gathering, facilitate workshops, document business processes, and provide expert advice on solution options, risks and impacts. Partnering with operational teams, digital specialists and external vendors, you will ensure solutions are practical, user-focused and aligned to organisational goals.
