DEECA’s Business Analysis, Delivery and Implementation team help shape the digital and data solutions that support Victoria's bushfire, emergency management and public land operations. In this role, you'll work on complex and meaningful initiatives that improve how data is collected, integrated, analysed and used to support critical operational and strategic decisions across the state.
The opportunity
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a leading role in delivering innovative technology and data initiatives across Bushfire and Forest Services. You'll partner with stakeholders across DEECA and our partner agencies to understand complex business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to solutions that deliver real-world outcomes.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of people, process, data and technology—someone who can confidently facilitate workshops, navigate complexity, influence senior stakeholders and turn ideas into practical solutions.

This is a fixed term position available for a period until 29 September 2028. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
