About the role:
The Senior Automation Tester is part of the SaaS Support team, which provides advanced support for solutions developed or implemented on the department's preferred SaaS platforms by the Enterprise Technology Branch's (ETB) Program Delivery Unit (PDU) or third-party vendors. The team also oversees third-party providers responsible for level 3 support of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products, as well as COVID-related or custom-built solutions designed to meet specific requirements.
As a skilled test automation engineer, the Senior Automation Tester specialises in regression and functional testing. They are responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining automated test suites for domain-specific solutions hosted in cloud environments. This role involves close collaboration with analysts and developers to understand functional requirements, identify progression and regression test scenarios, and build robust automation suites.
