Your new role
We have an opportunity for an individual to join our Digital Services team as Senior Audio-Visual Support Officer on a full-time ongoing basis. Reporting to the Manager - Digital Services, the role will be the main contact for supporting internal and external clients with the use and operation of audio-visual conferencing equipment in client spaces for video conferences, meetings and virtual private and public examinations. Working as part of the broader IDS team, the role will also support the Digital Services team with managing of requests, as needed.

Due to the requirement to attain a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance candidates must be an Australian citizen at the time of application.
IBAC works flexibly, there is an option for flexible work 4 days (reduced/part-time) a week or alternate weeks, instead of 5 days full-time work.< /p>
