The Opportunity
As the Senior Asset Management Partner you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of VicGrid's IT hardware and software. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors for the timely procurement of additional assets. This role will drive improvements to vendor service monitoring arrangements and implement a well-maintained centralised IT asset register.

What you will deliver
• Manage and maintain the compliance of IT assets and services, ensuring alignment with organisational policies, governance requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, service providers and support partners to manage service delivery, escalations and operational outcomes.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve asset management procedures, technical documentation and knowledge resources to support service delivery.
• Drive organisational efficiencies, service improvements and enhanced customer experiences through effective asset and service management practices.
