About the role:
The Senior Application Transition Lead – MHWCMS supports the transition of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Client Management System (MHWCMS) from implementation into business‑as‑usual operations within Health Technology Services. The role is responsible for coordinating and delivering transition activities to ensure the application is operationally supported, documented and ready for stabilisation.
The role works under the direction of the Principal Application Transition Lead – MHWCMS to plan and execute operational readiness activities, including development of support artefacts, coordination of knowledge transfer, and preparation of service transition deliverables. It plays a key role in supporting a managed period of dual operation, tracking early‑life issues and ensuring incidents, risks and dependencies are identified, managed and escalated appropriately.
The Senior Application Transition Lead works closely with MHWCMS project teams and HTS service delivery, support and technical teams to coordinate transition activities, support capability uplift and contribute to a smooth handover of MHWCMS into steady‑state BAU operations.
