The Senior Analyst, Trust Funds and Frameworks management would bring their Governance experience to establish and maintain the process for Trust Funds utilisation and monitoring. The role will support the Manager, Trust Funds and Frameworks to develop budget frameworks, policy, controls and standards to drive fiscal performance and help manage fiscal risks – with a specialist focus on Trust funds management.
The role requires skills in financial reporting to provide insight into department’s fiscal performance on savings and budget pressures. The role requires knowledge of budget management in accordance with the Victorian Government budget policies and frameworks (including the Financial Management Act and the Resource Management Framework); and will be responsible for ensuring its relevant, timely and value-add training and guidance is developed and provided to support DEECA staff in their budget management responsibilities.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
