About the Division
The Curriculum and Teaching Practice Division (CTPD) is responsible for developing and supporting schools to implement the department's teaching and learning policies and providing curriculum implementation guidance to Victorian government schools.
CTPD draws on contemporary research and practice evidence to develop evidence-based teaching and learning policy reforms, co-design and implement initiatives to support schools to deliver high-quality teaching programs. CTPD has primary responsibility for providing advice and implementation support to government schools to deliver the Victorian Curriculum.

About the Role
The Senior Analyst – Product Manager will help shape the future of Arc, the Department of Education's digital platform. Arc brings together thousands of teaching and learning resources, including Victorian Lesson Plans, professional learning and student events, and software guidance for schools. You will drive the product roadmap, translate business needs into technical requirements, and guide delivery of projects that enhance this vital platform for educators, students, and schools.
Working with the Product Owner, UX Lead, and stakeholders, you will balance business priorities with user needs to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions. This includes advising on UX, UI, and accessibility design, facilitating discovery workshops and overseeing usability testing and feedback reports.
