About the Branch/Group
The Budget Strategy Group is part of the Budget and Finance Division and provides whole of government advice on the State’s fiscal strategy and outlook, wages policy issues, and policies and frameworks to promote sound financial management across the public sector.
The Group works collaboratively across DTF and works closely with public sector agencies to provide innovative advice to government and senior management to ensure the Victorian Government remains at the forefront of public sector financial management.
About the Role
This role involves the provision of high quality financial, numerical and policy analysis to DTF’s senior management and Ministers on departmental and whole of government budget and resource management policy issues in an exciting, fast-paced and rewarding work environment.
