This role will be located at 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.
Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:
Ensuring compliance with the contract and maintaining records to minimize commercial risks;
Reviewing and preparing assessments of monthly payment claims and adjustment events / variations from contractors, ensuring appropriate support detail is provided;
Identifying and escalating potential commercial risk exposures / opportunities and support the resolution of commercial actions in a timely manner;
Developing documentation and briefs for internal and government approvals on commercial and contract management matters;
Preparing detailed analysis, advice and support on commercial and politically sensitive issues for senior management, ensuring all financial, contractual and legislative obligations and frameworks are being met; and
Preparing commercial components of procurement related documentation.
Reporting to the Transaction Manager, the Senior Advisor, Transaction and Contracts will be responsible for overseeing and providing support on the transaction management, commercial, contractual and financial management of infrastructure projects within the Big Build Roads program.
