About this Opportunity
The Senior Advisor, Talent and Mobility is a subject matter expert with ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes in a governed environment. In this role you will act as a strategic partner to the business, playing a key role in planning, managing, and delivering recruitment activities that identify, attract and secure top talent. In doing so, you will provide expert guidance and coaching throughout every stage of the hiring process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
With a strong understanding of how recruitment connects to workforce planning, internal mobility, and organisational capability, the role contributes to broader talent strategies while also identifying and implementing improvements across the recruitment lifecycle.
In addition, this position supports the mobilisation of employees who are either on redeployment or have come to the end of their contract term due to project demobilisation.
Success in this role is demonstrated through the delivery of high-quality appointments, uplift in hiring manager capability, stakeholder confidence in recruitment outcomes, and a consistent, compliant approach to recruitment and mobility in VIDA.
