About the role:
The Senior Advisor, Strategy and Engagement will define and lead the strategic direction for the Department's use cross departmental linked data in shaping a strategy that strengthens capability and supports the delivery of the Early Intervention Investment Framework (EIIF). This role will ensure that strategic frameworks are developed, endorsed and embedded to enable the effective use of linked data in identifying and supporting early intervention opportunities.
The Senior Advisor will facilitate stakeholder engagement, provide strategic input into governance processes, and deliver targeted recommendations that align with EIIF priorities. Additionally, the role will oversee the development and circulation of strategic discussion papers, securing endorsement from relevant stakeholders. Through these efforts, the position will enhance the Department's leadership in linked data innovation and foster best practice analytics to improve outcomes for Victorians with complex health service needs.
