The Opportunity
The Senior Advisor, Regional Engagement – South West plays a key role in supporting the development and delivery of community and stakeholder engagement across the South West, and Central Highlands Renewable Energy Zones (REZ). This role, supported by senior leaders and colleagues, helps drive early, genuine and place-based engagement to strengthen social acceptance and community understanding of renewable energy projects, aligned with the Victorian Transmission Investment Framework (VTIF).
As part of the regional engagement team, the Senior Advisor builds strong relationships with local communities, landholders and Traditional Owners, develops high-quality engagement plans, and collaborates with renewable energy proponents to support effective REZ planning and delivery.
