We are seeking a Senior Advisor Public Policy to support Ambulance Victoria's (AV) public policy and planning functions through policy analysis, monitoring regulatory developments, and assisting in alignment between strategy and delivery. This is a full-time, permanent position. While flexible and hybrid working arrangements are supported, the successful applicant will be required to maintain a regular presence at our headquarters (currently Blackburn, future Doncaster) in line with Ambulance Victoria's hybrid working model.

Reporting to the Director Strategic Planning this strategic role will coordinate engagement with government and stakeholders, translate government priorities into actionable outcomes, and prepare briefings, correspondence, and materials to support government relations activities. The successful candidate will have completion of a postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification (or progress toward) with high level relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and sound experience. Other requirements include but not limited to:
