About the Role
We’re looking for someone to support the P&C team in preparing the business for new projects, helping teams understand and adopt changes as initiatives are rolled out. You’ll work closely with project teams, business units, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver communications, assess engagement levels, and develop initiatives that increase understanding and adoption. Your work will ensure changes are effectively implemented and embedded into day-to-day operations..
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement readiness and engagement strategies that align with the size, complexity, and impact of each initiative.
Lead the creation of stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans to support understanding and smooth adoption of new processes or systems.
Work with project teams to integrate readiness activities into overall project timeliness.
Assess operational impacts and coordinate actions to ensure people, processes, and teams are prepared for upcoming initiatives.
Coordinate readiness activities, including workshops, business engagement, and transition planning.
Identify and manage potential risks to successful adoption or implementation.
About You
The ideal candidate is practical, organised, and proactive, with a focus on simple, impactful solutions that meet business needs. You enjoy working across teams to spot operational impacts, engage stakeholders, and embed initiatives into business-as-usual. Strong marketing or writing skills are essential for creating clear, engaging communications that drive understanding and adoption.
This opportunity is a 3-year fixed-term.
