Senior Advisor, Integrity
The Role
You are confident engaging with stakeholders on contemporary integrity issues, providing thoughtful analysis of complex and sensitive matters. Your understanding of the integrity obligations of Victorian Public Sector Employees and the applicable requirements of the Child Safe Framework will inform the initiatives you develop to strengthen integrity culture in DJSIR.
Reporting to the Manager, Integrity Policy and Engagement, the Senior Advisor, Integrity is responsible for providing specialist advice on the application of the department's Integrity Framework, Foreign Interference obligations and the Child Safe Standards in line with departmental expectations, values and behaviours.

The Team
The position of Senior Advisor, Integrity works in Integrity Services Unit which sits within the Corporate Services Group.
The Corporate Services Group consists of specialist functions including finance, investment and procurement, performance and governance, legal and legislation, people and culture, information technology and workplace services and emergency management. These functions enable the department to operate efficiently and effectively and support the Secretary and Ministers to meet legislative obligations and responsibilities whilst actively supporting the department's portfolio groups and Ministers to create the conditions for growing Victoria's prosperity, building the productive capacity of our economy, and increasing participation.
