Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Advisor, Evidence & Insights to join our team and play a pivotal role in strengthening monitoring, evaluation and learning capability across the Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV).
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Evidence & Insights, you will play a key role in delivering monitoring, evaluation, research and evidence initiatives that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across the Magistrates' Court of Victoria.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the Magistrates' Court, Court Services Victoria and the Victorian Government, you will contribute to a diverse and complex portfolio of work, including evidence reviews, program evaluations, monitoring and evaluation framework development, and other strategic insight projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced evaluation and insights professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys translating evidence into practical outcomes. You will partner with internal teams, judicial stakeholders and external providers to deliver high-quality evaluation projects, generate meaningful insights, and strengthen organisational capability in monitoring, evaluation and evidence use.
Your work will help improve programs and services, inform strategic priorities, and strengthen the evidence base that supports Victoria's justice system.

About You
You are a curious and insightful evaluation professional with a passion for using evidence to drive better outcomes. You bring a strong understanding of research and evaluation methodologies and can translate complex findings into practical, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
