About the Team
The Workplace Relations and Change team includes a Senior Manager, Manager, two Senior Advisors (ER and IR) and two Advisors (ER and IR).
Our team brings a wealth of knowledge in ER and IR matters across several industries and is looking to strengthen their value add to the business with this exciting, new role.
The team is both supportive and highly adaptable and seeks an individual who wants to work as part of a team environment in an industrially complex workforce, further building their own career.
About the Role
The Senior Advisor, Employee Relations (ER) is a newly created role within the Workplace Relations and Change team. This role provides high-quality, proactive ER advice and support to people leaders across the organisation.
Reporting to the Manager, Workplace Relations, the Senior Advisor will manage a range of complex workplace matters including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances and disputes, organisational change and Fitness for Duty.
Working closely with leaders across both Operations and Support teams, the role coaches and supports leaders to effectively manage workplace issues and navigate complex employee relations matters.
The role also uses data insights to identify emerging trends and risks, supporting organisational leaders to develop preventative strategies and practical action plans that strengthen workplace culture and capability.
