About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced digital professional to lead the day-to-day oversight, governance and continuous improvement of Western Health’s corporate website. This is an opportunity to shape a high-profile digital platform that helps our community access the information and services they need while supporting Western Health’s reputation as a leading provider of healthcare.
Working within the Public Affairs team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across a complex organisation to deliver accessible, user-centred digital experiences. You'll drive high-quality content, platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives that improve user experience, support service access, and align with organisational priorities.

We also operate Sunbury Community Hospital, Sunshine Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre, Melton Health and Community Services, Bacchus Marsh Community Health Centre, Caroline Springs Community Health Centre and Grant Lodge Residential Aged Care in Bacchus Marsh. Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
