About VIDA Health
VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Advisor, Design Logistics to provide specialist advice across health facility logistics, planning and design assurance.
This is an opportunity to bring your health sector and operational experience into the design environment, helping ensure our health facilities not only work on paper, but work effectively for the people who use them every day.
You'll consider how patients, staff, equipment, supplies, goods, waste and services move through healthcare environments and work with health services, consultants and project teams to ensure these operational requirements are considered throughout planning and design.
This role will have the opportunity to influence broader design practice by contributing to guidance, tools and approaches that support consistent and contemporary health infrastructure outcomes across VIDA Health.

We are looking for:
A tertiary qualification in health planning, architecture, engineering, logistics, supply chain management, operations, project management, asset management or a related discipline is highly desirable.
