The Senior Adviser, Aboriginal Employment and Development will play a key role in the review, development and implementation of a range of Aboriginal employment initiatives, which have been designed to meet the department's Aboriginal employment objectives and goals as stated in Pupangarli Marnmarnepu 'Owning Our Future' Aboriginal Self-Determination Reform Strategy 2020-2025.
This is a designated position under s.12 Special Measures of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010. Only Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are eligible to apply.

This is a fixed term position available until 23 December 2025. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, Melbourne, with flexibility and hybrid work arrangements available.
