We are seeking a high-performing Senior Advisor to support the Regional Director, Loddon Mallee, in delivering key government and departmental priorities.
This role acts as a trusted strategic advisor, helping to prioritise effort, shape responses to complex government and stakeholder issues, and position the Region for impact. You will provide clear, timely advice on high-profile matters to Ministerial, senior executive and stakeholder audiences, drawing on strong judgement and an understanding of government priorities and decision-making processes.
Working across policy, delivery and stakeholder interfaces, you will coordinate strategic responses and advice, anticipate emerging issues and help ensure the Region operates as a trusted and solutions-focused partner.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who can think strategically, communicate with clarity, and deliver high-quality outcomes, while working well across a diverse leadership team across multiple areas within the portfolio.
