As a Senior Adviser, Policy and Research, you will lead innovative and tailored anti-racist policy and programs; facilitate capacity building sessions and consultations with participating organisations; develop eLearning, online tools and/or accessible resources for organisations and be part of a broader team that will research, evaluate, user-test and develop intersectional anti-racist content.

About the Role
The Senior Adviser, Policy and Research (anti-racism) will be part of the anti-racism program of work in the Policy and Research Branch of Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission (the Commission). The aim of the program is to help organisations better understand, prevent and respond to racism and race discrimination in a variety of settings.

The team provides high quality, strategic policy advice, and conducts best practice research to build a strong evidence base.
The Senior Adviser, Policy and Research (anti-racism) will contribute to work in the Commission's strategic priority areas: embedding a human rights culture; preventing inequality; eliminating racism and hate speech; and promoting the rights of First Nations people.
