About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Policy, the Senior Policy and Research Officer will be responsible for scoping key equal opportunity and human rights issues; gathering and critically analysing evidence related to those issues; and providing high quality, evidence-based and implementable policy advice, and recommendations to address the issues. They will play a key role in leading the Commission's key law and policy reform agenda.
