What you will do
As senior adviser, organisational design and development, you will lead projects that improve how the department plans, works and delivers services.

A tertiary qualification is highly desirable. Experience in data analysis, business process planning or human resources is also highly desirable. You should have experience delivering complex projects independently and a good understanding of how government works.
