Senior Administrative Manager (Grade 6)
About the Role:
This is a Fixed-Term Full Time Parental leave cover for 12 months until 6th of March 2027 with the Medical Imaging department. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Administrative Manager to provide administrative and logistical organisational support to the Director and the Senior Management team of the Medical Imaging Department to ensure the timely delivery of the department’s strategic and operational goals, research projects and programs critical to the clinical care of the department’s paediatric patients.
You will be responsible for actively identifying areas for operational improvement, seeking solutions and planning implementation. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Management and provide administrative support to the department as required. You will also ensure that the Director is prepared and informed on relevant matters in a timely manner. In providing this support the position exercises ahigh degree of communication competence, initiative, discretion and confidentiality.
Classification for this position will range from AO61 – AO65 (base salary $110,479.20 to $111,051.20 per annum, plus superannuation).
