About the role:
The Senior Activity Work Schedule Coordinator will contribute to documentation that includes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials and advice to customers in relation to the service. They are also participants in the monitoring and reporting of service levels, staff and customer feedback.
Integral to the success of this position will be your capacity to operate within an environment of change and to drive and implement initiatives and efficiencies that will improve the delivery of services across the department and positively impact the customer service expectation of the department's employees.
The work is fast paced and would suit an individual who is able to achieve results whilst responding to a rapidly changing environment.

About us:
CCSB uses a flexible task allocation model (also known as the FTA model) to ensure it utilises all its available capacity in the most efficient way according to the changing priorities it receives. This is designed to reduce the workload pressure in particular parts of the branch at particular times caused by fluctuations in demand for many of its services.
Under this model, all staff are given the opportunity to, and are expected to, develop their knowledge and skills in relation to a wide range of services that CCSB provides and will be allocated to work on different services at different times according to priorities, their level and the knowledge and skills they have developed.
About you:
Seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Activity Work Schedule Coordinator to lead and coordinate workforce planning and scheduling activities that support effective service delivery across the Corporate and Coordination Services Branch (CCSB).
In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the branch management team and the Manager, Business Support Capability, to oversee the allocation of team members across multiple services. You will ensure resources are deployed efficiently, align work schedules with business priorities, and support the delivery of high-quality, responsive services.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership experience and a proven ability to guide and motivate high-performing teams. You will demonstrate service excellence by understanding stakeholder needs, managing competing priorities, and providing effective solutions that enhance operational performance.
This role requires a strategic and organised approach, with the ability to plan, coordinate and adjust workflows in a dynamic environment. You will identify risks and opportunities, contribute to process improvements, and drive change initiatives that support the Department's objectives.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as you will build productive partnerships across teams and divisions. You will communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, and provide advice that supports effective decision-making.
