THE ROLE
The SDA Tenancy Team Leader provides leadership, operational oversight and people management to a multidisciplinary tenancy team within Disability Homes Victoria.
The role is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality tenancy services across a designated portfolio by providing leadership, workforce management, operational oversight, performance monitoring and strategic stakeholder engagement.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the Team Leader promotes consistent service delivery, supports continuous improvement, manages operational risk and ensures tenancy services are delivered in accordance with legislative requirements, departmental policies and organisational priorities.
The Team Leader provides leadership, coaching and support to staff, fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture while building capability and driving continuous improvement across the service.

This is an NDIS Risk Assessed Role / This is a Key Personnel Role.
