About the Role
The School Improvement Program Advisor (SIPA) Student Insight will support the roll out of the online platform for enrolment, known as Student Insight, to schools and families in SEVR. As part of the SEVR SPD, the SIPA will support the Executive Director to help shape the future of enrolment by collaborating with schools, regional colleagues and central office including the Information Management and Technology Division (IMTD) and School Provision and Establishment Division (SPED).

SRS regions serve as a bridge between the central office, schools, and service providers, ensuring smooth transitions for learners and achieving the department's ambitious targets. Each region includes divisions specialising in school performance, student wellbeing and early childhood support, working with area-based teams to tailor local interventions and practices. The 17 areas provide crucial insights into local trends and issues, facilitating effective policy and program development and driving child and learner outcomes across all services and programs.
This role is located in the School Performance Division, South Eastern Victoria Region (SEVR), SRS.
About the Division
The SEVR School Performance Division (SPD) has a strategic role collaborating with Areas to achieve high quality school and student outcomes. The Division takes a lead role in strategy coordination, professional practice leadership and monitoring implementation for impact.
The work of the Division includes providing expert advice on regional and statewide performance priorities, as well as ensuring consistent, high-quality professional practice across the region. It includes a variety of specialised teams, including Professional Practice, Career Start, Provision and Planning, and Youth Pathways and Transitions.
