The Opportunity
The Scheduler is responsible for the development, management and reporting of project schedules, the provision of schedule advice and for the monitoring of progress of VicGrid's Offshore wind project. Working with the delivery team, the Scheduler will ensure completeness, accuracy and clarity of schedules, the identification of critical works, and the timely communication of program status and any delays and issues arising, along with the provision of any required mitigation strategies.

What you will deliver
• You will support the production, management, and reporting of schedules across all stages of the project lifecycle and VicGrid activities.
• You will create, co-ordinate and maintain VicGrid portfolio schedule reporting.
• You will assist with program reviews and health checks of Development and Delivery Partners' programs.
• You will support cost/schedule performance analysis, including allocating costs onto the schedule consistent with the mapping between cost and work breakdown structures.
What you will bring
• Demonstrated experience or knowledge of project management and scheduling methodologies and hands on experience of their application during all phases of project delivery
• Previous experience or knowledge with scheduling on large scale infrastructure delivery and producing schedule reports
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed development and delivery programs for major infrastructure projects using measured quantities and industry accepted productivity rates
• Demonstrated experience or knowledge with the preparation of work breakdown structures and proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Visio and Excel
