About the Role:
Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, the Salesforce Integration Specialist is accountable for the strategic direction, technical standards and ongoing performance of BPC's Salesforce integration and middleware capability, spanning Mulesoft and Jitterbit. The Salesforce Integration Specialist leads the design and delivery of systems integration components within digital projects, sets the technical direction for BPC's integration architecture, and is directly accountable for the resilience, capacity and roadmap of the platform once released into production.
This includes engaging directly with senior stakeholders across Digital Technology Services and other divisions on integration risk, capability and investment priorities. In addition to hands-on delivery, this position provides technical leadership and guidance to Platform Service team members on complex integration and developer tasks, drawing on advanced expertise in the field. Working within the Platform Services Office (PSO) in the Digital Technology Services unit of Corporate Services. This role is a combination of both Project Work and BAU support and requires the specialist to be able to switch between both work modes as required. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication, a problem solving mindset and the ability to work with stakeholders to understand both technical and operational requirements.
