Salesforce Developer - 3 x Positions
The Role
The Salesforce Developer will deliver enhancements in an Agile environment across the department's multiple Salesforce instances. The Salesforce Developer is responsible for Salesforce technical development and solution design, integrations with other platforms, delivery, and release management. The role provides strategy recommendations for Salesforce development, including technology approaches, security, apps, and third-party tools that deliver best practice outcomes.
This role comes with an expectation that Salesforce certification and Trailhead badges will be obtained within 12 months of commencing and this will be supported by the department.
Demonstrated experience in Salesforce development, including configuration and customization. The role is part of a multidisciplinary team of business analysts, support staff and Salesforce developers. The team is responsible for supporting the department's multiple Salesforce instances and approximately 2500 users.

The Team
The position of Salesforce Developer will work within Information Services / Strategic Platforms branch which sits within Corporate Services Group.
The Corporate Services group consists of specialist functions including finance, investment and procurement, performance and governance, legal and legislation, people and culture, information technology and workplace services and emergency management. These functions enable the department to operate efficiently and effectively and support the Secretary and Ministers to meet legislative obligations and responsibilities whilst actively supporting the department's portfolio groups and Ministers to create the conditions for growing Victoria's prosperity, building the productive capacity of our economy, and increasing participation.
