As a fixed tern role until the end of January 2026, the Safety Project Officer supports the Safety and Wellbeing team in delivering high-quality, coordinated safety services, with a strong focus on systems, reporting, training coordination and project support. The role contributes to improved safety outcomes across DEECA by managing the Safety and Wellbeing inbox, completing administrative tasks for the wider Safety Team and supporting assurance activities and the implementation of priority initiatives.
This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate safety training records, contributing to safety reporting, and assisting with data analysis and safety trend monitoring. The role requires strong administrative and coordination skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement and culturally safe practices.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 6 Months. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
