Rowville Secondary College is seeking a highly organised and dynamic RSA Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Rowville Sports Academy (RSA). Working 1¿2 days per week (negotiable), this role will support the RSA Director in staff coordination, student enrolment processes, community partnerships, and event management. The position requires excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong focus on enhancing the student experience and building positive connections with families, staff, and community partners. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the growth and success of a leading school sports academy.
