Rostering plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the location by managing staff deployments and rostering. The Rostering team is responsible for creating multiple rosters, up to six weeks in advance to meet staffing and operational requirements.
About the Role:
The role of a Rostering Officer:
Officers operate on a rotating 14-day roster, which involves weekend and public holiday work, remunerated in accordance with the applicable provisions of the VPS Enterprise Agreement.
An integral part of working as part of the Rostering team is in-person presence at the location. The role will require the incumbent to regularly attend their usual place of work.
