About the role:
The Medical Workforce Unit (MWU) supports over 2,000 doctors across our service. We provide both strategic direction and operational expertise in medical workforce planning, recruitment, credentialing, contracting, rostering and onboarding. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that works closely with hospital leadership and clinical departments to ensure the best possible workforce outcomes for Melbourne’s West.

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
