About the role
The role is Ongoing fulltime.
The Road Delivery Lead manages the delivery of road maintenance works across freeways and arterial roads under the VRMC, including routine, resurfacing and rehabilitation projects. They coordinate project planning, scheduling and delivery, and help prepare project approvals and reports. The role works with contractors, internal teams and stakeholders, providing clear communication, resolving issues and supporting decisions. Success ensures roads are safe, well maintained and delivered on time and to quality standards, improving network performance and community safety across Victoria.

Qualifications and experience
Mandatory
• Tertiary qualification and relevant experience in a relevant or a related discipline
Desirable
• Experience within the road/pavement asset management or construction/road infrastructure maintenance field.
Other position-specific requirements
• Driver’s License
• Ordinary Hours of Work – This position will be required to undertake site visit of various locations across Victoria of which may include overnight stay.
