Risk and Compliance Officer
Salary range $92,600 - $105,064 plus statutory super.
We are seeking a proactive and detail driven Risk and Compliance Officer to support our organisation's risk and compliance management systems. Reporting to the Risk and Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be part of a small, outcomes driven team with a hands-on role in shaping the Institute's risk and compliance practices.

In this role you will play a key part in supporting the organisation by identifying solutions, addressing emerging needs and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will enable you to manage and present information effectively while your interpersonal skills will support collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders.
You will have sound and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 as well as strong problem solving and organisational skills are essential. You will be required to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
