About the Revenue Services Team
The Revenue Services team sits within the Financial Services Division and is responsible for the effective delivery of the Revenue Services model which manages the follow-up of private and compensable patients' debt, receipting of payments, bank reconciliation and the cashier function.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Services Officer - PPL & Billing Team to join our team at Austin Health. Reporting to the PPL & Billing Team Leader, you will be part of the Revenue Services Team to ensure that day-to-day PPL & Billing activity is completed accurately, timely and in accordance with Revenue Services processes, procedures and KPI’s.
