Respectful Relationships Project Lead - (Senior Program Advisor)
VPS 5 - Ongoing - Full Time
Location Mildura or Swan Hill
The Respectful Relationships Project Lead will be responsible for supporting and building the capacity of school leaders, teachers, other school-based staff and early childhood educators to implement a whole school/setting approach to Respectful Relationships as part of a wider whole of community commitment to family violence prevention. The position will develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the family violence sector and other key regional partners.
Key capabilities include strong knowledge of the family violence sector and iniatives to reduce family violence, strong project management skills, and a values driven approach that alligns with Victorian Pulic Sector values (responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights) that demonstrate collaborative practices and cultivate authentic working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Knowlede and experience of the educaiton sector is also a required capability.
