The Illoura RSA Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of day-to-day operations across support services including, but not limited to catering delivery and service are maintained to a high standard, cleaning & laundry services functions, administrative duties such as work allocation, training, rostering, ordering of goods, audit documentation inclusive of food safety documentation and guidance of fifteen or more staff and may assist in the recruitment of team members.
