THE ROLE
As the Regulatory Support Officer, you will be part of a team that is responsible for legislative requirements and issues relating to the registration of organisations regulated under the Social Services Regulation Act 2021.
Regulatory Support Officers provide a point of contact for key stakeholders from a diverse range of organisations, government, private, public and community services sectors. Attention to detail and teamwork underpin success in this role, as well as a demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively. The role provides wide ranging administrative, secretariat and support functions.
Your role will be to deliver critical support for the operation of the Registrations team within the Social Services Regulator, including triaging applications; preparing and maintaining documentation within record systems; monitoring the shared inbox, organising meetings and forums, including collating necessary papers, taking minutes as required; and using systems effectively to enter data, track and record processes.
