THE ROLE
As the Regulatory Officer, you will be part of a team that is responsible for legislative requirements and issues relating to the registration of organisations registered and regulated under the Social Services Act 2021.
Regulatory Officers provide a point of contact for key stakeholders from a diverse range of organisations, government, private, public and community services sectors. Attention to detail and teamwork underpin success in this role, as well as a demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively.
Your role will be to undertake manage a range of registration activity, including undertaking statutory assessments; preparing and maintaining documentation and recording systems; and using systems effectively to enter data, track and record processes.
Building stakeholder relationships is a key activity with the aim of strengthening regulation and improving outcomes for Victorians accessing in scope services.
