Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

The Supreme Court of Victoria is the highest court in the State. Its Registry has two arms - Civil and Appeals & Crime. The Civil arm within which this role primarily operates supports the Common Law Division, Commercial Court, Costs Court, and incorporates the Office of the Prothonotary.

Opportunity
We are seeking motivated, team focused individuals to join the Civil arm of the Supreme Court Registry. The Registry provides case management support and other services to the judiciary, court users and the public. Registry Officers are responsible for undertaking a variety of administrative support functions within the Registry.
There are 2 x full-time, fixed term VPS2.1 positions available. 1 x fixed term until 30 June 2027 and 1 x fixed term until 23 April 2027. They are based in the Melbourne CBD, wth the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
This is a great opportunity as suitable candidates for fixed term positions may be considered for future Registry Officer vacancies.
