About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (Grade 2) to join our Community Rehabilitation Facility (CRF) and Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) programs within the Acute Intervention Service.
Our CRF is a 12-bed residential rehabilitation program supporting people with a lived experience of mental illness in their recovery journey. The PARC program is an 8-bed sub-acute, voluntary residential service providing short-term (up to 28 days) step-up/step-down support as an alternative to hospital admission or following discharge from inpatient care.
Located on one site, CRF and PARC offer a dynamic and recovery-focused environment where clinicians work collaboratively with consumers to build skills, strengthen independence, and support meaningful community reintegration.
As an RPN Grade 2, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred, trauma-informed care across both programs. This role offers the opportunity to develop strong therapeutic relationships, enhance rehabilitation skills, and work within a multidisciplinary team committed to recovery-oriented practice.
The service operates across a 24/7 roster, providing comprehensive support in a safe, structured residential setting.
