Role description
The Geroe Unit is actively seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to join our team in a diverse working environment, encompassing a mixed medical-surgical ward, an Urgent Care Centre, and post-natal support for a Level 2 Maternity Service. This dynamic role involves working across all shifts, seven days a week, primarily on the medical-surgical ward, with additional support for the Urgent Care Centre as needed. The successful applicant will showcase strong clinical skills, exceptional communication, and collaboration abilities, along with the capacity to perform effectively under pressure. Ideally, candidates will have demonstrated recent experience in an acute/urgent care setting, emphasizing effective infection control practices and a dedicated commitment to continuous quality improvement.
