About the role:
This role has been established to enable Registered Nurses to transition from acute nursing into mental health nursing and build on skills and competencies relevant to the field. This 12-month structured program provides orientation, supervision and support to meet competencies and to engage in autonomous practice while working as a member of a multidisciplinary team and in partnership with individuals, families, networks working towards recovery goals.
